Pay-as-you-go RITA
This level of support has no annual subscription, is a totally reactive service and does not include our anti-virus, spam, spy ware & internet firewall package. If you suspect there may be a problem you can call us on 090 9974 9974 (calls cost £1 per minute). We will analyse your problems over the phone to ascertain the nature and offer our best advice. We may be able to fix your problems remotely or a site visit may be called for. In either event a charge of £55 per hour, or part thereof, will apply from the point we start the repair. There is no minimum call out fee but travelling time will be charged if a visit is deemed necessary. Depending on current workload there may be a delay of up to 12 hours before work can be scheduled.
Business RITA
At a fraction of the cost of our competitors, this level of support is a very cost effective way for the small business to enjoy comprehensive and affordable proactive IT support.
A subscription based service which monitors your systems remotely 24/7 and reports any problems, or potential problems to our engineers, who are then able to take appropriate action to minimise the chances of any issues turning into something more serious which could result in system failure and downtime.
Most of the work we do on your system to keep it running sweetly will be done without having to disturb you in any way. We take care of all your network security, stopping viruses, spy ware, spam and hacker intrusion from damaging your system. An internet firewall will prevent your network users from unknowingly visiting inappropriate web sites which could allow harmful spy ware or monitoring systems into your network whilst they are browsing the internet and your exchange server or e-mail system is monitored for e-mail based viruses, Trojans or malicious code.
The price of Business RITA is based on the number of servers, client PC's and peripherals in each networked system. There is no formal contract to sign and all payments are invoiced monthly, which makes our service very flexible, however if any payments are missed we reserve the right to stop monitoring your systems and will not be held responsible for any consequences of this action, plus any further work on the network will only be undertaken when any arrears are paid, which we think is only fair.
Each system is assessed individually and prices can start from as little as £90 per month per server (depending on operating system), £12 per month per client PC (depending on operating system), plus £12 per month for Complete Network & e-mail Security.
Call out's that fall outside any scheduled visits are charged at £45 per hour or part thereof, (minimum 1 hour) and commence when our engineer arrives at your premises.
The table below is a guide to our pricing structure as each system is assessed individually. We have included servers in with PC's to provide a feel for the level of subscription your system could cost. Of course it is only a guide and your individual package could very well be less than you think, especially if your business has less than 5 PC's.
